It is also said in Brahmanda Puran that even if whosoever sees the Rath-Yatra of Lord Jagannath and gets up to welcome the Lord and takes part in the Rath yatra, all of his sins vanishes and after the end of their life they go back to the abode of Godhead.

Lord Jagannath is nothing else but Himself Lord Krishna, Baldev is the elder brother-Balram and Subhdra Devi is the sister of Lord.
