In this book Sri Sriman Bhaktivedanta Narayana Gosvami Maharaja, describes the numerous sacred places of Sri Navadvipa-dhama and introduces many of the holy places in the surrounding area of Sri Gauda-mandala (which includes Bangladesh).

The enclosed map of Sri Gauda-mandala offers another dimension of involvement to the reader of this and other books about Sriman Mahaprabhu and His followers. The locations of many places were verifiable, but over time, some places have been forgotten or obscured by changes in landscape, and therefore are not easily located or available for darsana.

Sri Manah-siksa is a collection of eleven verses which offer instructions to the mind. In a very concise manner Srila Raghunatha dasa Gosvami has surcharged these eleven verses with the teachings of Sri Gaurasundara, the prema-intoxicated embodiment of the combined forms of Sri Sri Radha-Krsna, His intimate associate Srila Svarupa Damodara, and rasacarya Srila Rupa Gosvami. Included is the commentary of Srimad Bhaktivedanta Narayana Gosvami Maharaja and the expanded purport of Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura.

Sri Vraja-mandala parikrama, originally inaugurated by Sriman Mahaprabhu Himself, has been conducted for over fifty years under the supervision and guidance of Srimad Bhaktivedanta Narayana Gosvami Maharaja. This book is a beautiful exposition of the confidential places of Sri Krsna's sweet pastimes in Vraja. The sincere devotee who has a deep thirst to enter into the sweetness of the land of Vraja will find ambrosial nectar flowing through these pages.

"Blessed is the land of Vraja, where the creator of the universe, Lord Brahma, dwells in the form of a mountain range in Varsana, to have the dust of the Divine Couple Sri Sri Radha-Krsna's lotus feet on the head: where the maintainer, Lord Visnu, has assumed the forms of Govardhana and Visnu-parvata: where the moon-crested Lord Siva has taken up residence as Nandisvara Hill in Nandagrama: and where Sri Uddhava, the best of Hari's servants, lives as a blade of grass, a small shrub or a creeper on the bank of Kusuma-sarovara."

After taking shelter of this desire tree of aspirations presnted by Srila Visvanath Cakravati Thakura, that is to say, in order to attain the desire for the seva described in this compilations, one should sincerely, and without duplicity, with body, mind and words, remain under the guidance of the devoted persons who are completely immersed in this seva. These topmost, incomparable and transcendental aspirations can then quickly be fulfilled. Thus, the name of this book, Sri Sankalpa-kalpadrumah, is appropriate, because it makes one's desires bear fruit. The sadhaka's life attains success only when the impetus to obtain these trancendental aspirations appear in the heart by the causeless mercy of the guru and Vaisnavas. 

 In this book Srila Bhaktivinode Thakura, describes the glories of Sri Navadvipa-dhama. The author himself says:

"Although I am lowly and insignificant, I have described Sri Navadvipa-dhama, only on the order of Sri Nityananda Prabhu and Sri Jahnava-devi."

"It is the verdict of the scriptures that by deliberating on this book at the time of doing parikrama, the benefit one receives increases a hundredfold."

Sri Raya Ramananda Samvada (the conversation between Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and Sri Raya Ramananda) is one of the most shining treasures within Sri Caitanya-caritamrta, written by Srila Krsnadasa Kaviraja. Indeed, it is like the Kaustubha-mani, the most brilliant jewel adorning the neck of Sri Krsna Himself. Sri Caitanya-caritamrta is a most unprecedented, gem-like literature containing the siddhanta(trancendental conclusions) of pure devotion. With regards to this, the most repected Srila Narottama dasa Thakura has written the following:

"Srila Krsnadasa Kaviraja is an exceptionally high-class devotional poet. He is also bhavuka, one who is immersed in experiencing the more elevated expressions of divine love. He has composed the unprecedented sacred texts, Sri Caitanya-caritamrta, which describes the pastimes of Sri Gauranga, and Sri Govinda-lilamrta, which depticts the pastimes of Sri Govinda. Both of these books, being crown jewels of trancendental literature, are the best of all contributions."
