Respected Maharajas, Prabhus, and Didis,

We want to give an update to all those devotees who are serving Srila
Gurudeva's publications, websites and promotional materials:
For those of you who missed the copyright information meetings in New
Vraja and Govardhana, we plan to meet again in Navadvipa during the
parikrama. A tentative date is set for the afternoon Tuesday February
27. Look for posted confirmation of the time and place, and come with
any questions, concerns or ideas.
The GVP Image Archive will be functional beginning Gaura-purnima.
This is an online resource for images that Gaudiya Vedanta
Publications has permission to use. Any devotees who commit to
following the copyright clearance process will be issued passwords to
access the thousands of images in the Archive. For those devotees who
do not attend the meeting in Navadvipa, an email with the details will
be sent after Gaura-purnima.
Please help us collect more images for Srila Gurudeva's publications,
websites and promotional materials. If you or other devotees in your
local sanga have personal photographs or art you wish to submit to the
archive, please complete the attached Submissions and Agreements form
and burn the images onto a CD. The completed forms and CDs can be
submitted to Anita dasi in person at Gaura-mandala Parikrama or other
arrangements made by email (
).
If you are not publishing under the GVP logo, it is appropriate to
get written permission from Srila Gurudeva for each translation.
Please email your request, including the title of work to be
translated, the logo it will be published under, and corresponding
street address to Brajanatha prabhu (
).
