If, at any point, one can understand that someone is giving misleading teachings, one should, in a civil manner, refute them and establish the faultless siddhānta. Doing so is the ideal of conviction in service to guru. If, despite knowing and hearing the truth, one conceals it, hypocrisy finds its outlet, and that entails a lapse of duty. On December 29, 2010, at 3.00 am, in Sri Jagannatha Puri-dhama, our beloved Srila Gurudeva nitya-lila pravista om visnupada Sri Srimad Bhaktivedanta Narayana Gosvami Maharaja left the external vision of the souls in this world and accepted maha-samadhi.
Today, Sri Krsna Navami Tithi, the 29th of December, on the most auspicious day of the appearance of nitylila pravista om vishnupada Sri Srimad Bhaktivedanta Vaman Gosvami Maharaja, our most beloved Gurudeva, Sri Srimad Bhaktivedanta Narayan Gosvami Maharaja has entered the eternal pastimes of Sri Sri Radha and Krsna at 03.00 AM in Sri Jagannath Ksetra Dham, the transcendental residence of Sri Jagannath Deva, Sri Baladeva and Srimati Subhadra.
We have been staying in Delhi at Sri Sri Ramana-bihari Gaudiya Matha since October 7th, and will do our best to share our experiences over the past 10 days. Usually we don't write a photo-tour report with devotees' personal experiences and feelings, but this is such a heartfelt time that we beg your permission to do so.
